Flutter Lead (Product Lead)

What will you work on?

· Design and build advanced applications for the Android & iOS

· Discuss requirements and future technology needs and establish a technology vision and a solution architecture for the product

· Create solution prototypes

· Lead activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation

· Lead a team of mobile developers

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

· Assist in technology direction, project estimations, or prototype development

· Mentor engineers and establish/reinforce mobile best practices

· Work with outside data sources and API's

· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

· Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

· Agile by nature and willing to work on new environments and technologies.

· intellectual skills to work in teams and managers.

What Makes You A Great Fit?

· 5+ years of experience working on products or projects that have gone to production

· Experience in product development

· Advance flutter knowledge with Dart language

· Expert at mobile development – Flutter, Android and iOS

· Worked minimum 4 projects in Flutter.

· Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

· Experience in developing mobile applications which supports offline capability.

· Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

· Understanding of Scrum and team management.

· Proficient understanding of the Android and iOS SDKs

· Experience with the architecture and hands-on expertise on mobile technology systems using Swift/Java/Flutter

· Passionate about Flutter, open source contributions, and learning new technologies
