Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Web Sales Voice Associate to join our team. As a Web Sales Voice Associate , you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services over the phone. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new sales leads .

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.

• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services .

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Record and maintain accurate customer information in the sales database.

• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in International outbound sales or telemarketing .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and influence others.

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Ability to work US Shift and adapt to changing sales targets .
