About Role:
We are looking for an SEO manager who can drive organic revenue growth for one of the Business Units within Simplilearn. Your role will be to grow organic traffic, leads, and revenue exponentially while collaborating with business stakeholders and other colleagues from across the company. Note: This is an on-site opportunity(Work from the office)
What you’ll do:
● Lead SEO for one of the Business Units at Simplilearn to drive revenue growth numbers
● Strategize on improving local SEO driving local traffic growth and more visibility on Google Maps
● Setup Quarterly performance targets for the team and define key metrics, and SEO roadmap for the BU
● Review and analyze site traffic, leads too gauge positive and negative changes
● Create strategies and formulate new avenues to drive organic traffic and revenue growth while ensuring these strategies are in line with the business's overall goals and objectives
● Coordinate with business stakeholders for category growth updates
● Coordinate with the product team for any new product launches and website page conversion initiatives
● Research, analyze, and benchmark against competitor performance
● Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for continuous growth
Who you are:
● 3+ years of experience in SEO
● Demonstrated experience in managing SEO for product pages
● Experience in local SEO optimization
● Ability to anticipate or quickly react to the ever-changing landscape of search algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends
● Solid comprehension of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures, and strategies along with strong analytical skills
● Proficient in tools like Ah refs, Similar Web, SEMrush, Tableau, Google Search Console, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytic
● Excellent team management, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills
