Ensuring these financial products reach the wider masses, even in low internet bandwidth regions of the country at high speeds, is one of the serious challenges you will be working on.

My client has a financial services business in Personal loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Microfinance. Through some very smart acquisitions, they have very quickly gained a huge customer base across all these business verticals. Probably one of the fastest and most successful start-ups.

Location: Bangalore

Function: Software Engineering → Mobile Development

We are on the constant lookout for go-getters. In this case, for the position of SDE 1 and 2 (Android).

Requirements for SDE 1
• 1+ years of working in Android.
• Strong in data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities and hands-on with SOLID design principles.
• Should have developed and delivered successful mobile app projects.
• Experience in Consumer-facing apps- Analytics SDKs integrations, Marketing SDKs integrations, Performance optimization, SQL databases.
• Building production-grade mobile applications.
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum projects and fast-paced environments.

Requirements for SDE 2
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Deep knowledge of Java and Android SDKs, familiarity with Kotlin
• Have product design intuition and care deeply about user experience
• Can write code that is readable, maintainable, secure and performant
• Know the importance of tests and how to approach writing different types of tests

Responsibilities:
• Work on the development of the Android app for our first product
• Implement the app design and code
• Work with a cross-functional team across product, design, security, QA
• Optimize app performance using real profiling data
• Write clean, well-tested code
