Role Brief - As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be strategizing and executing programs to create, capture and nurture demand across all available paid channels. This position reports to “Head of Marketing” and requires extensive collaboration with the Business, Marketing & Sales teams.

What would you do in a typical quarter?
• Audit existing paid channels on a regular basis to identify gaps and improvements.
• Own and deliver on leading and lagging metrics as per the OKRs.
• Execute independently - Google network, Linkedin, and FB being a priority.
• Analyzing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps.

What We Expect to See in You
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing - Insurance/Healthcare/SaaS,IT product company.
• Systems thinking approach and ability to create high-impact processes.
• Experience in developing, executing, and measuring (hands-on) projects/campaigns.
• Excellent Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Data first approach to problem-solving.
