Digital Marketing Specialist

Looking for a person who has done performance marketing for multiple brands with an Agency background.

Important: hr/she should have past experience in running campaigns on META, GOOGLE as well as other programmatic and non programmatic ads.

Job Description: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and an ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that meets or exceeds acquisition and revenue goals Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and drive efficiency Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content teams to drive customer acquisition and retention Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition Complete knowledge about performance marketing Should have complete knowledge about Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other non-programmatic ads

• Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and optimization Experience with paid search, display, and social media advertising Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
