Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies in consultation with Sales Head to accelerate business growth in line with agreed plans/Targets thus Increase market share by developing new customers.
• Visit SS/Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and Maintain relationships for long term business prospects
• Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the SS and distributors to the NSH
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Grow business in the region; Increase regional revenues, profitability, distribution infrastructure, market & outlet expansion and customer base.
• Weekly and monthly business report to be collated and submitted to NSH
• Analyze sales and stock availability in each region / territory and monitor secondary sales on regular basis. Motivate, direct and manage new distributor sales team to ensure adequate coverage, improved distribution depth and good visibility.
• Address customer complaints and fulfilling requirements/ensure solution within time
