What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met. You will be working as a part of the team which is responsible for Program and Project Management. This team is highly focused on delivering successful projects to clients on time while ensuring that they are well within the scope and the budget. The team is responsible for initiating, planning and executing projects while also tracking, managing dependencies, predicting and mitigating risks. This team is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and third party vendors. The Program and Project Management team is highly focused on delivering successful projects to clients on time while ensuring that they are well within the scope and the budget. The team is responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects while also tracking, managing dependencies, predicting, and mitigating risks. This team is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.

What are we looking for?
Educational Qualification: Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Other Business Related (students in final stages are eligible as well) Skills & Work Experience: Must have:
1 years of working knowledge of business, finance or accounting, management, client facing roles or other related jobs.
English Upper-intermediate
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail – multitasking skills
PC literate (e.g., working knowledge of MS Office Programs)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience in Planning, Forecasting or Budgeting Good to have:
Understanding of organization business processes and policies
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Assets, Offering and Market Development Shared Team´s professionals support the business Operation function and business advisory services as a center of excellence for MD&I Management. Offer services through MDI Budgets completion on regulatory and organization principles compliance, Internal audits, budgeting/ Forecasting and advisory to our leadership. Primary responsibilities include: Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes o Provide Business Case support for new and continue business opportunities o Assist with the preparation of Business Case creation, gathering the required information for AIM, MyMDI, and program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes o Advise/assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing, and report creation) o Track and report time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances as required, including compliance with MDI expense policy. Track and report Bi week spend and hours, helping Business Cases owner to forecast properly. o Support the Business Case/ Partner forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests o Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. o Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Good communication skills are required. o Requires moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o Low-complexity decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others Other responsibilities o Collaborate on AOMD Internal meetings and training sessions o Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Collaborate to accomplish due dates based on stablished calendars, being able to achieve ownership of delegated activities.
