Position: Tableau Admin

Exp: 3 to 8 Years

Location: Any LTIMindtree location

Job Description:
• Installation and administration of Tableau environment.
• Tableau Administrator will be responsible for installation and setup of environment.
• Tableau Administrator will be responsible for proposing hardware configuration needed for Tableau.
• Patching and upgrading the Tableau.
• Configure backup and restore as per standard best practices.
• Configure High availability and DR setup.
• Should be familiar with AWS technologies.
• Performance tuning.
• Define roles and responsibilities for managing the organization's data in compliance with business and/or regulatory requirements.
• Implement security best practices in Tableau.
• Tableau Administrator will monitor Tableau Server Health
• Manage Tableau upgrades, back-ups, and restoration.
• Tableau Administrator will participate in troubleshooting calls with 3rd parties that integrate with Tableau
• Tableau Administrator will participate in troubleshooting with Tableau tools such as (CMT, Windows Task scheduler to automate the CMT tools)
• Tableau Administrator will assist/set-up and manage Tableau extensions, extensions servers, and run extension code (Python)
• Responsibilities also include upgrading software when necessary and working to run extract refreshes to update the data representations.
• Assign permissions for users, create groups for specific projects and monitor activities on the server.
• Plan and execute the Tableau deployment and implement the organization's vision for modern analytics.
• Review policies and procedures periodically to adapt to and evolve with changing business needs
