We are a logistics company based in Canada with inland and interstate trucking at its heart. We are in close networks with Canadian Rails and Ports and pick up and return freight from/to either of these locations.

Our operations span Ontario, Montreal and US locations.

Job Responsibilities-

1. Monitoring the time of customers calls / email responses so as to ensure timely revert on emails and calls.

2. Monitoring and auditing the Discipline Parameters for the departments.

3. Evaluating the Performance Parameters for the departments

4. Preparing the monthly reports and giving the feedbacks to the employees and managers.

5. Preparing the KPI Quarterly report and submitting to the Management.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills Set

1. Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Quality Auditor.

2. Graduate and above with valid Quality Auditor experience may apply.

3 Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal communication skills.

4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, Basic and Advanced Excel)

5. Open to work in Night Shifts
