Job Description

This is a part time job with direct stake in the company for you and no fixed pay.

The ideal candidate will have the below skills:
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Android development.
• Proficiency in Java & Kotlin
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Highly accountable and takes ownership, with collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learner
• Work closely with founders to build products fast and deliver at startup speed.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of junior developers.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Ability to motivate and encourage juniors for better skillset.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Able to function independently and drive the assigned work end-to-end without supervision.
• Familiarity with GIT
