Position Purpose
The candidate will have the opportunity to work within WMIS as a Software Engineer closely with various teams (Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security and Integration) to develop solutions aligned with our overall strategy.

• Writing well designed, clean, readable and testable code.
• Diligent focus on code quality and standards.
• Zeal to learn, adapt and implement latest frameworks.
• Willingness to learn Vendor product APIs and provide fixes for the Custom Code.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory
• Java 8/s11 and above, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, REST API
• Relational Database systems and Hibernate, SQL,PostgreSQL
• Maintain and develop unit tests using testing Frameworks like JUNIT
• Design patterns, basic data structures
• Batch processing using schedulers or batch frameworks like Spring batch.
• Good Written and oral communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Bitbucket, JIRA
• Microservice architecture and design patterns, event sourcing
• Docker, Kubernetes
• IDE’s like Eclipse and Intellij
• Practical experience with Maven ,Git Ansible
• Messaging systems like MQ ,RabbitMQ
• Hands on Experience on Angular UI Frameworks.
