Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (Bariatu Ranchi area)

Work Schedule: 10:00 to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,500.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month + incentives

Education: 10+2 Pass or Graduate or Diploma Holders or any Graduate ready to work as Inside sales jobs in Ranchi Jharkhand.

DOJ: Immediate, Urgent joiners preferred

Job Details of Retail Sales Jobs in Ranchi:

A counter sales executive at Ranchi jewellery shop, you’ll responsible to greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. Also, assist customers with selecting jewellery, answering questions about products, and handling transactions.

Job Responsibilities of Showroom Sales jobs in Ranchi:
• Welcoming & Greeting Bariatu Ranchi customers
• Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services, weight and other details)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure display are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Ranchi showroom sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the Bariatu Ranchi showroom.

Required Qualifications for Counter Sales jobs in Ranchi JH:
• Energetic, Pleasant and Influential personality
• Clear communication & presentation skills.
• To work extended working during festive season beyond working hours
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of basic maths and calculation
