We are Hiring for Technician-Fiber optic cable harness connectors Assembly
Location : Devanahalli-Bangalore.
Qualification: Diploma/ ITI.
Work Experience and traits: with 2 to 3 years work experience In Fiber Optics Cable Assembly in Aerospace and Defense domain

Role Description
Knowledge of Assembly and Test process for Fiber optic cable harness connectors.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Knowledge in Manufacturing processes of Single Mode, Multimode, Fiber optic connectors.
2. Single Fiber, Multi Fiber, Aerospace & Defence Fiber Optics Cable Assemblies.
3. 2 to 3 years of experience in Fiber Optics Manufacturing processes like - Fiber Insertion, Termination, Cleaving, Polishing, End face, Geometry & Testing.
4. Experience in understanding of the Drawings, Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions.
5. Train and should be able to explain the Manufacturing Processes of Fiber Optic Cable assemblies to new joiners.
6. Knowledge in 5S tools.
7. Should be able to read and interpret the drawings. Data sheets, specifications.
8. Should be able Perform inspections of purchased parts, materials, sub-assemblies or finished products according to inspection plans using standard physical, mechanical measurement equipment and magnification equipment as required.
+. Having knowledge of documents inspection and test results in traceable manner in a database or other internal programs where required.
10. Maintains all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Monitor inspection and test equipment to ensure proper operation and uses calibrated equipment only.
12. Creates or assists in creating / updating of inspection plans, test procedures, SOPs for the incoming inspection and for Process function where required.
13. Initiates Non-conformance reports as required.
14. Performs containment actions, product identification and traceability activities as specified.
15. Work with other company personnel to address Goods in/inspection issues and questions.
16. Ensure strong quality presence in the shop floor
17. Ensure standardized workflow.
18. Should be able to make test results and create the evidential test reports as per QMS requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
