Full Job Description
As a part of your role, you shall assist in the sales of the business. You shall be accountable to keep the store upkeep and hygiene, manage inventory/ stock count and adhere to all the company SOPs and policies, as amended from time to time.

1. Greeting customers, answering questions, and obtaining preliminary patient histories.

2. Performing administrative duties, such as keeping records, scheduling appointments, filing insurance claims, performing bookkeeping, and managing inventory.

3. Preparing patients for vision examinations, such as administering eye drops and seating patients at eye-testing machines.

4. Assisting with vision examinations, such as performing depth and color perception tests and taking visual acuity measurements.

5. Assisting customers with frame selections.

6. Working with patients in vision therapy, and educating patients on the proper eye and contact lens care.

7. Adjusting and repairing frames, and modifying contact lenses.
