What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):
• Supporting our internal business stakeholders through ServiceNow(Ticketing Tool) and Jira(CR and Enhancement) for our Workday Project Production support intake channel, identifying and resolving issues by providing premier support experience.
• Support integrations of various types such as benefits, third party payroll, Connectors, EIBs and Studios, Configure third party internal and external systems like ADP.
• Hands-on configuration in Workday business processes, custom reports, EIB Inbounds, Security, Alerts and Notifications and Integrations
• Design and Develop new reports requests that come in via Jira queue.
• Have knowledge and ability to expand workday applications and its modules to different new business Geos
• Ownership and accountability of both Quality and RUN responsibilities pertaining to all workday related projects
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritise against existing backlog based on severity and impact
• Be able easily put on your business analyst hat if needed and advice business for the best workday practice

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
• 5+ years of hands on experience in support and implementation in Workday Integrations with good hold on connectors(Core connectors, Packaged connectors, PECI, WECI), EIBS , Custom reports, BIRT and Studio
• 3+ years of hands on experience in Workday configurable security, EIB Inbounds, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework, and building dashboards
• Experienced with Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analyst skills
• Passion for Workday technology, industry research and enjoys solving business problems

Nice to have:
• Workday Certified in HCM and Integrations.
