We are urgently looking to Hire for Director of Sales for a well-known & leading retail fashion & Footwear brand
Job Based in Bangalore / Delhi
CTC UP TO 75 LPA
Academics:
Only management Graduates from Premier Institutes [ Tier 1 & Tier 2]

Experience:

7 - 18 Years
Industry: Retail Fashion/ footwear only
Someone who will come with strong leadership & team management skills to lead, de-centralize business across levels Heading Retail, [offline & online] Distribution, business development, Project sales, Responsible for sales from COCO, COFO and FOFO, distributors, EBO,SIS format..

• Provide strategic direction to overall business & will be managing retail network & expansion.

• Design and execute strategic business plan for increase in PSFPD, higher gross margin and profit for brands. Planning of revenue targets, gross margin

• Increase sales of market share from both offline and online. Expanding the relationships with existing customers, Setting business direction, formulating annual expansion plans & strategies for delivering high SSPD for the stores.

• Managing various key verticals of retail & make sure to deliver superior customer experience lding team capabilities through sustained training & development to ensure high quality output.
