Job Description- FMW

Operations - L2 support activities for FMW (OSB&Weblogic)

As part of L2 support team person will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and KPIs and willing to work in 247 shifts.

Support includes keeping solution up and running handling of remedy incidents due to any operational issues and/or functionality issues regular housekeeping and maintenance tasks troubleshooting coordination with other groups as part of L2 support. Working closely with L3 support teams for complex functional issues related to configurations code defects and enhancements. Work with deployment teams to ensure smooth handovers between BAU L2 support team and deployment teams for any development release support patch roll outs.

Hands on experience on FMW (OSB&AIA), good at Unix commands and basic understanding of DB like DDL,DML, etc..

Technical Skills:

SERVER : Weblogic 11g/12c Administration.

TECHNOLOGY : OSB SOA & AIA components

Strong with unix/Linux.

Database operation.

Good to have APM skills
