Marketing Executive

Hiring Marketing Executive with 2+ years relevant experience at Pune.

Qualification : MBA/ PGDBM-Marketing is must.

Ideal candidate have to undertake various marketing projects. Well experienced in organizing creative campaigns and promotional events according to trends and customer requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties :-  Involves conducting primary pharmacy surveys  Managing cluster mapping for field operations  Daily reporting and MIS in given data formats  Daily pre-planned meetings with Doctors combined with Doctor Surveys  Should be able to make timely and accurate projections of business generation  Regular Inter-departmental coordination.  Should be able to manage a team of Health-workers from a business generation point of view  Should understand Channel Sales Management processes and/or experience with Channel sales will be preferable.  Should be willing to dirty their feet with time-to-time on-ground visits with the healthcare workers.

Requirements :-  Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.  At least 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.  Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends related to routine vaccinations would be preferred. Should have good ‘People’ skills and strong interpersonal communication skills  Should have excellent MS office skills (PPT and Excel)  Experience of working on CRM apps will be preferred (but not a must).

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.40,000/- (Subject to Qualification, Experience & Current CTC).

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days
