Role & Responsibilities
• 2-4 years of proven success in the Performance Marketing domain (Facebook Ads, PPC, Display, LinkedIn, Taboola etc.) & Team management
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time
• Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
• Customer-oriented: Works backwards from the customer and understands needs.
• You will be responsible for end to end measurement and management of performance campaigns across channels
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Strong Communication: Effective written and verbal communicator

You Should Apply If -
• Willingness to go deep into performance marketing
• Must have handled budgets of more than 10 LPA for campaigns.
• Should be smart & Must know how to do scalability & hence delivering the best.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its overall impact
