• Service Cloud
- Omni Channel, Skill Based Routing, Case Management, Approval Processes, Web 2 Case, Chatbot (Einstein), Customer Experience Cloud
• Sales Cloud
- Proficient with LWC, Sales Approval Processes, Opportunity Management, Console Customization (U/I), Lightning Flows

Role description:
• Must possess 2 years of experience in Service cloud/Sales Cloud.
• Development and Deployment of custom apps, reports, dashboards, workflows etc within SFDC
• Strong programming skills.
• Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation validation rules etc.
• Must have End to end exposure of developing apps, deploying apps, issues and limitations with the SFDC platform, salesforce governor limits
