Work on creating && maintaining on boarding data of employees on HRMSMonitor and track changes in employee recordsManage On boarding process and exit employeesMaintain employee database and records in an effective and efficient manner on HRMS and evaluate the data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisWork on the generation && administration of all HR lettersImplement process improvements at every levelGood knowledge of HR policy structureWork on the creation of a monthly HRMS dashboard Required Skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Quick thinkingProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ThanksVarsha ParmarRecruitment Manager
