The Role

Responsibilities:
• End to end hiring
• Candidate engagement
• Head hunting
• Documents management
• Payroll management
• Maintain and develop HR policies
• Educate employees on company policies
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality

Additional (IF can do) -
• Task management
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly activity management of each artist
• Monitor employee progress

Salary: upto 30k

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
