Job Title- Financial, Regulatory and Risk Reporting Analyst

Location- Mumbai, India

Role Description

Disclosures are mandatory regulatory requirement and part of Deutsche Bank's financial report. The key responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of disclosures to senior management, auditors, regulators, and other relevant senior stakeholders. The role warrants to collaborate with various stakeholders within the bank including our external auditors to ensure timely and accurate preparation of the reports. The role demands significant contribution to the preparation of notes to the financial reports, 20-F, FINREP and various relevant regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
• Support the delivery of following outputs/activities:Disclosures and Notes to the Interim / Annual report in accordance with IFRS requirements covering IFRS 12, IAS 24, IAS 28, IFRS 7 and IFRS +FINREP ReportingSAB 108/++ ReportingVarious other sections of the Interim Report and Annual Report (20-F)CFO FactbookAudit Committee presentation
• Support the execution of the timely and high-quality submission of all the above-mentioned reports, come up with ideas to automate or streamline the existing process
• Cater to Ashco management requirements on reporting and analysis
• Support the execution of an effective quality audit over functional outputs

Your skills and experience
• IFRS/GAAP knowledge is preferred
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Legal Entity Close
• Minimum 7-+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in delivering high-quality products to Finance Directors and Senior Management
• Solid knowledge of business applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and pro-active mindset
• Proven track record of the ability to work to deadlines in an accurate manner
• High self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
• Excellent knowledge of banking products and knowledge of IFRS requirements
