Understanding the client’s requirement to Source, Screen potential candidates from various sources.
Hiring candidates for PAN India Clients and across industries.
Handle the complete Recruitment Life Cycle – Sourcing, Short-listing, scheduling candidates.
Understanding of market trends and demands w.r.t. Hiring/Recruitment.
Follow ups during and after the interview process.
End-to-end recruitment for both Technical and Non-technical profiles.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy. MS Excel, MS office.
Fluent English speaking.
Multitasking, Self-motivated and can work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as an individual contributor, part of the team or as a leader.
Go-getter attitude and Strong analytical skills
