REPORTING TO AVP- Training


DEPARTMENT Learning & Development


JOB DESCRIPTION :


Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.
Managing & updating content repository.
Migrate existing raw content into trainable content using various tools.
Preparation of SOPs for each department.
Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
Develops instructors manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
Manages online learning communities.
Analyses, updates, and refines existing online content.
Trains instructors and employees in how to use learning technologies.
Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.
Writes scripts for video and audio content.
Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
Ensure that the content included in a learning solution justifies the learning objectives.
Design learning solutions which are interesting, informative and easy to comprehend.
Support the training department to produce learning solutions to fulfill the training needs of different departments in the company.
Ensure that all the stakeholders are aware of the project status during the project life cycle of a learning solution and can assist, if any help is needed.
Ensure that the sites are maintained, run and reported to the departmental leaders to support the learning needs various departments.

DESIRED CANDIDATURE:


Graduate in any stream, Certification in Instructional Design preferred.
5 - 7 Years of experience in content development, SOP writing.
Retail/QSR / Hospitality / Hotels industry background preferred.
Flair for content writing & development.

Documentations/presentations
Aware of E-Learning content developments basics and standards.
Experience in working with various LMS platform will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills.
