Job Description
• Manage productivity and efficiency of the assigned area of responsibility
• Motivate and lead venue Team Members to achieve KPI targets
• Oversee and encourage in-venue sales of programmes or packages, ensure upselling effort being done accordingly
• Act as edutainment mentor in PNL venue, facilitating the STEAM-MIDAS programmes according to guidelines.

B.ed, Teaching background

Good level of English and Local language

• Must have relevant experience in education/edutainment area
• Must be confident to converse in English
• Must be flexible to work in a retail environment involving various shifts
• Having experience in children education/enrichment

STAR MENTOR
Job Description & Competence Profile
• Give feedback on educational concept and execution that is provided by the consultant.
• Liaise with T-Stars in design and delivery of inhouse training programs for Star Squad.
• Verify that consumables for each lesson are complete and enough for the daily operations.
• Monitor Star Scout's performance and attendance; Monitor all Team Members performance, appearance, and attendance; Provide coaching and recognition or disciplinary memos when necessary.
• Maintain venue daily check lists and verify that Star Scouts are accomplishing them, immediately report any incidents/concerns that require immediate action (i.e equipment repairs, consumables replenishment, etc.)
• Ensure that Star Scouts are trained for their assigned duty.
• Monitor the roster of Star Scouts, ensuring that all shifts, breaks, rest days are covered, and ensure their appearance according to grooming standard
