Jhandewalan, Delhi Experience- Minimum 6mnths experience in Customer Care with excellent English and Hindi Communication(Mandatory)
Job description:
• Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency
• Ability to understand and handle irate customers
• Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
• Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards
Shift Timings: 10:00AM-7:30PM(Monday to Saturday) Salary
• Upto 30k Immediate Joiners would be preferred Interested candidates can mail cv at sandhya.
