Description

Greetings from Pentagon,

The candidate must have proven record of working on eLearning projects with 3-5 years of experience.

This profile requires the candidate to work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators and the client to design the user interface, course navigation, assessment strategy and eLearning screens.

The eLearning Developer will be responsible for developing visually attractive and dynamic eLearning, games, simulations and online learning experiences.

Must be proficient in using at least one eLearning authoring tool - Captivate, Articulate Storyline or Lectora.

Must have worked on projects involving variables and dynamic paths.

Must have created quizzes and complex drag and drop interactions.

Must have worked on at least one translation project.

Must have understanding of SCORM standards.

Must be expert in Adobe Photoshop, Flash Animation ActionScript 3.0.
