Job Location: - Vadodara/Baroda

We are looking for looking for Full time E-Commerce Customer Service Representative role based in Vadodara office

Roles and Responsibilities
• Communicating with customers via emails regarding their online purchase
• Answer All customer Query related product Refund, Return , Order Status, Exchange

· Order process ,Listing & updating products on various sales channels Such as Amazon, eBay
• Steadfastly pushes self and others for results
• Constantly on the look to find out ways and means to simplify and improve work systems and processes to achieve better results
• Finds ways and methods to get the job done even when normal channels, materials and means do not work

· Assisting other team members as required.

Skill Required:-
• Language: English
• Must Be studied in either CBSC/English Medium School
• A strong and capable communicator Via Email;
• Manages a variety of responsibilities at the same time, Ability to multi-task
• Highly organized and able to self-manage their priorities and workload
• Detail orientated; Analytical, positive and motivated team Player
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Take responsibility for your work
• Ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment
• Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
• Good data analysis skills and great attention to detail Oriented.

· Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently

· Experience in Computer industry must and Must be know how to write emails

· Diploma in Computer, Degree in Computer , MCA, BCA, Graduation with Computer Course and Must Be Studied in English medium School
