Job Description
Job Role Description
Direct Production (DPO) associates with the issuing of material to the production line, running the production line, conducting testing and quality controls, packaging of products, staging products, and releasing of products to the delivery. Contains disposal of waste, the maintenance of machinery and equipment, and the production site as such.
The Technician works on basic engineering assignments to implement, maintain, and develop methods, processes, and products in a specific competence area. Under general supervision executes advanced assembly and inspection duties. Instructs others.

You will part of supporting team in shopfloor to salvage components/defect free PCB assemblies restoring shopfloor smooth operation
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Repair and testing process development
Testing and repair methods developing of the cost-efficient and of high quality.
Collecting of the repair data.
Making of the work instructions.
Products repair work
Maintenance and repair work of the products (Component level and module level). Troubleshooting, repair, testing, alternation work, software updates to the database act and saving of service report.
Follow-up turnaround times.
Follow-up of spare parts.
Tester maintenance
Maintenance of test equipment.
Calibration of test equipment.
Follow-up and acquisition of the spare parts of test equipment.
Transmission of testers to the subcontracting.
Process development team (CMO/HWS) supporting of the technology transfer cases.
Subcontractor training and oneself training
RO internal education.
Education of subcontractor/problems solving.
Reviving.
Creation of training material (obtained from the information).
