Project Engineer Technicians | Building Management ELV

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

Handle projects, across sites in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telangana & Andhra.
Manage contractors and ensure quality & timely delivery.
Provide technical and process guidance to technicians & contract employees.
Install & commission field devices
Get material delivery challan approved.
Timely joint measurements
Adhere project plan and timelines.
Identify potential risks and delays and mitigate them.
Handling criticalities & escalations.
Prepare checklists for each activity, monitor progress and record.
Attending project meeting with clients, presenting project progress, plan & mitigations, highlighting dependencies, soliciting support.
Initiating preparation of and submitting invoices as per the agreed billing milestones achieved.
Follow-up and collection of payments as per agreed payment terms.
Qualifications

Should have executed (end-to-end) at least 3 BMS/ELV works for commercial buildings.
Ability to read shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural as-builts.
Proficiency in international and Indian standards related to FA/FF/PA/BMS systems.
Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement
Knowledge of EHS requirements for ELV projects
Good communication skill - oral & written (English & regional language)
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
