Accountant

We are looking for Accounting Executive for US Process Preferably either on Yardi, Appfolio or MRI on US clients. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping activities, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the reconciliation activities and close processes of the ES General Accounting team

General Ledger accounting entries

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Bank Account Reconciliations

Data analysis and related corrective action associated with the accounting activities above

Miscellaneous General Accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, invoicing, wire transfers, error corrections, reporting, account reconciliations, etc.

Exposure to and possible involvement in supporting multiple areas of ES including, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Timekeeping, Tax, etc.

Possibilities of role expansion and rotational opportunities in all Accounting areas of the ES General Accounting team include Fixed Assets, Intercompany & Payroll, etc.

Required Skills:

Candidates with knowledge of Quick Books, Sage, MS Dynamics, Peach Tree Etc

Good client communication

Good excel knowledge

Analytical problem identification, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Timings: 10pm-3am, Monday to Friday. (part time)

Salary: 2.5 lacs Per Annum to 3 Lacs perAnnum
