Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer who can plan and write well-researched, engaging and audience-specific content for print and digital media. The candidate is expected to collaborate with multiple teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and work on tight deadlines. This position requires high level of creativity, ability to analyze and synthesize complex content on technical subject and use of data-driven insights.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to create desired content.

 Write technical content for video scripts, blog posts, brochures, newsletter, training, white papers, project profiles, case studies, etc.

 Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).

 Write clear marketing content to promote our services and create brand awareness using SEO guidelines.

 Create and update website content as and when needed.

 Work closely with Design & Digital marketing team to create social media content for various campaigns or events.

Desired Experience:

 Total work experience of 4-10 years as Content Writer, Copy Writer or similar role, preferably as Technical Content Writer.

 Experience of doing research using multiple sources.

 Experience of working in collaboration with multiple teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – in person and remote.

 Experience in Digital Marketing activities

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability and presentation skills with attention to detail

Additional Requirements:
