Job Summary: We are Quadralyst Pvt. Ltd. makers of Party Tambola - an app that helps moderators of small teams acquire, engage, monetize and reward their followers. Party Tambola has been downloaded almost 100k times and has the honor of being selected by Google and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) for the AppScale Academy 2026.

We are seeking highly motivated marketing experts to join our team of Party Tambola. The successful candidates will work closely with our marketing team to gain hands-on experience in various marketing functions, including market research, social media management, content creation, email marketing, and campaign management. All these tasks will be based on the personalized suggestions given by Google for Party Tambola and this will help you develop your skills and knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or students pursuing a degree in marketing to jumpstart their careers and gain valuable experience in the industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Experience with user acquisition channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies that increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Assist in the execution of various tasks and projects
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects
Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and outcomes
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web
Develop content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts
Assist in planning and executing events and other promotional activities
Analyze marketing data and make recommendations for improving marketing strategies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize user acquisition channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to drive growth initiatives
Analyze and report on key metrics to track the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and techniques to continuously improve our growth strategies
