Booking of Tickets & Accomodation-Coordinating with the vendors for any kinds of train & flight ticket booking for PAN India employees

Taking care of the accomodation for

PAN India Employees

Coordinating with the accounts team for payments

Assisting the Executive Chairman-Looking after the Mail Communication

Maintaining the Client List

Taking care of signing various agreement.

Taking care of the

Maintaining Ad Register

Taking care of some admin work - Printing, official Stationary, Boards, Office arrangements, Pest Control.

Taking care of Designing & Gifts-Coordinating with the designers for designing of Event requirements & maintaining the stock
