Job Description
Responsible for physical security operations at the site.
Sourcing relevant man power at optimal rates based on the client requirement.
Training of Security Guards and Deployed Manpower.
Responsible for discipline of security staff deployed on the site.
Handling the disputes and grievances of the guards and clients.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Conduct regular site visits.
Works effectively with all clients and maintains effective relationships with all clients.
Managing manpower requirements. Ensuring 100% Attendance at the project sites.
Maintain all necessary documentation like Attendance, Incidence reports.
