Qualification - Any graduate with good technical knowledge

Employment - Full time, work from office

Location: Gandhinagar

Experience Required: 1 - 5 Years

We are looking to hire experienced for IT Help Desk Technician position! If you have the skills and the enthusiasm to take on new challenges, and help people we invite you to join our team as IT Help Desk Technician.

You must Be Comfortable With:
• 6 days working per week and 6 off per month
• Working in night shifts (rotational)
• Shift Timings - 6:30 PM, +:30 PM, 10:30 PM, 1:30 AM

You Should Have:

- Bachelor's / Graduate

- Good Communication

- Proficiency in English

- Good understanding/ knowledge of computer systems

- Basic knowledge of software/ hardware/ networking
