Job Role - Senior OT Developer

Experience - 6 to 8 years

Location -Bangalore/Hyderabad

Position: Software Lead Developer – OT technologies

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

● Develop technical solutions

● Collaborate with stakeholders for understanding needs

● Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders

● Document technical solutions for handover to stakeholders

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

● Solution implementation

● Demonstration of developed solutions to stakeholders

● Documentation of technical aspects of explored solution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Degree level or industry experience equivalency

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Industrial Control Systems and OT/IT technologies listed below

Technical Skills / Competencies:

§ Must have:

è The applicant must be proficient with PLC programming using Codesys.

è The applicant must be proficient with SCADA programming using Aveva System Platform (OMI)

è Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Modbus, RS232, EtherNet IP, OPC UA and DA communication protocols è Hands-on experience in Wonderware, FactoryTalk or OSI PI historian è Good understanding of the Code Version Control tools like Git/Bitbucket

§ Others:

• Nice to have Dotnet/C# programming experience

• Nice to have SQL programming experience

• Nice to have Distributed Control System (DCS) expertise

• Scaled Agile Framework, Windows OS, Life Sciences(exposure)

• Ability to discuss solutions and requirements with supervisor and users

• Ability to document Design Specifications, solutions and configuration in technical documents

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to lead small projects as required
