About Company:
Jus Amazin Foods and Beverages Private Limited is a packaged food (FMCG) startup, based in Bangalore. Our current range of products includes almond butter, seed butter, organic peanut butter, almond milk, chutneys, trail mix, and cashew butter. Our products are both nutritious and delicious (a rare combination!) and are dairy-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, and soy-free. Our products are all plant-based and suitable for vegans, health-conscious people, and people with special dietary needs. We manufacture the products in-house and are very focused on providing high-quality products made from naturally grown/organic ingredients. We are currently available in selected outlets in Bangalore and online on Amazon, BigBasket, Qtrove, First Cry, etc.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Use digital marketing to create brand visibility and communicate the brand positioning
2. Drive partnerships with key influencers and institutions
3. Work on listing brands and growing sales on e-commerce platforms
4. Work on the development of creatives/videos to communicate the brand positioning
About the job role: The marketing executive (based in Bangalore), being among the early joiners, will work closely with the founding team to build the Jus Amazin brand among consumers and influencers. They will have an opportunity to be a strong contributor to the company's growth and future. Will be an excellent opportunity for the candidate to rapidly grow with a purpose-driven company.
Our company: Jus Amazin Foods and Beverages is a four-year-old start-up focused on making clean nutrition (with zero junk) available to consumers. We make delicious, nutritious and 100% natural food products, across multiple food categories. For far too long packaged foods in India have been liberally labeled as 'healthy' foods even though they are lacking in nutrition, and are packed with chemicals and unhealthy ingredients. We are on a mission to correct that & bring clean nutrition into packaged foods. Today's consumers demand (and deserve) it, and we will deliver it!
Our products: We currently make nut butters, almond milk, superfoods, gluten-free atta, chocolates, chutneys, roasted snacks & nutrition essential products. All our products are packed with clean nutrition (high protein & dietary fiber, rich in micronutrients) & contain zero junk (no E/INS numbered chemicals, no refined sugar, no maida, no hydrogenated fats). Our products are dairy, gluten & soy-free, making them suitable for all. Our products are developed in-house & are inspired by our (& our consumer's) kitchens, & incorporate familiar flavors & ingredients that make eating nutritious food a joyous experience.
Availability: Most of our sales happen online via Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart, First Cry & a few niche platforms. 1. Have between 0-2 years of experience in consumer marketing
2. Sound understanding of key tenets of brand positioning and communication
3. Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
4. Self-starter with lots of confidence
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, in an organized manner
6. Ability to build, train, motivate, and lead a team of salespeople
7. Should be hungry to outperform
8. Should have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+. Fluent in English
10. College graduate/postgraduate qualification - MBA preferred, but not compulsory
