EnableCap, a FinTech organization that is fully compliant and enables digital lending. Presently, we are in search of a backend developer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and designing our backend systems and applications using Python.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Finance and Tech Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our subsidiary, Rajeev Trading and Holdings, an RBI Registered NBFC to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support our company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and applications using Python and related technologies.
• Write efficient and well-documented code that meets the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with front-end systems and data pipelines.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the system.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the system and propose solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
• Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with one or more web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and React J.S. is required.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic understanding of AWS & deployment process.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
