AT Technician

Full Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure preparation of the material, medication and equipment before surgery.
Check anesthesia machine and leak test before taking the patient to the OT.
Keep emergency equipment ready.
Check medicines inventory and emergency equipment’s.
Check Pre-operative orders and pre-operative assessment.
Attach monitors to the patient and check vitals. Monitor vitals of the patients during surgery, maintain IV fluid balance.
Assist Anesthetist and surgeon during the procedure.
Ensure bio-medical machines are working properly. Reports any defective equipment and instrument for repair or replacement.
Maintain record and history of Patient.
Contribute to maintain of OT inventories.
Assist other staff in discharging patient as needed.
Proper disposal of Bio-Medical Waste.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies:

B. Sc. (Anesthesia & OT Technology) / Associate Degree with relevant experience.
Basic Knowledge of Nursing and Operating Room Procedures.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
Self-driven with a solution-oriented approach.
Good communication, inter-personal skills.
Strong team player.
Job Location - Vashi (Candidates staying nearby Vashi preferred)

Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
