This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops foundational capabilities enabling enhanced analytics and measurement, critical to shaping global digital adoption and experience strategies.

The incumbent will be part of the Digital Analytics & Insights team and will report to the Manager in charge of Digital Analytics. He/she will be team lead working on application development and implementation for various industries and domains.

Job Responsibilities

•Understanding the end user's requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document for the application development.

•Leading team of developers, building capability of the team, imparting skills, adopting industry best standards

•Developing software architecture for the application in consultation with Data Science and end users.

•Planning and managing the projects using Agile methodology

•Development of software application that package machine learning models and other data science algorithms

•Monitor trends of application development technology stack and adopt the latest technology /practices for the company

•Creation of test plan, test cases and testing application using tools such as selenium.

Requirements/Skill sets

Must-have technical skills

oExperience working as full stack developer

oExperience developing application using Node, React, Vue, Angular

oExperience in front-end development using HTML and CSS

oAPI development and integration of third-party modules to application

oExperience in frameworks like Node JS, Angular JS or React JS

oExperience deploying application using Express JS/ Tomcat

oExperience with MySQL/Postgres SQL, NoSQL databases

oExperience with Messaging Queue and in-memory databases like Redis/Memcached, Kafka

oExperience managing team of developers, interacting with clients/stakeholders

oExperience developing software architecture for the solutions

oUnderstanding of software development life cycle

Education and Experience

•Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or any Bachelors in technical.
