Job Description:

Manage, train, and lead a team of Relationship Managers and set business targets for the team | Monitor, mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets | Visit site to meet clients and foster relationship with potential and existing customers to present company offerings and developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers | Negotiate and close the deal |Implement sales management processes to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects | Work closely with the leadership team | Build brand awareness.

Job Specification:

A graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2C sales and team handling. Should be agile, adaptable and an enthusiastic team player. Should be able to handle a team of 4-8 Relationship Managers. Must be highly proficient in English. Experience in Banking, Automobile, Wealth Management, Logistic and Event management industries will be an added advantage.
