Position – Field Service Technician

Location : Delhi

Education: ITI Diploma in mechanical engineering only

Experience : Fresher Only

Role & Responsibilities:
• · Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly .
• · Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• · Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
• · Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• · Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
• · Perform maintenance and provide customer supports
• · Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.
• Writes service reports after every diagnose.
• ·Responds to service request and repairs products.
• · Can travel to other places for service.
• · Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• · Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. .

Skills:
• · Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed
• · Proficiency in MS Office.
• · Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
• · Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• · Strong Diagnostic skills.
• · Good written and verbal communication skills.
• · Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• . Able to meet the physical requirement of job
