Chat Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Client Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with our foreign clients, who are knowledgeable in programming, and convincing them to work with us. The primary focus of this position is to gather project requirements from clients and transfer them to the right developer, facilitating clear and concise communication between both parties.

Responsibilities:
• Gather project requirements from clients and transfer them to the right developer
• Facilitate communication between the client and developer, ensuring both parties are clear on project requirements and timelines
• Utilize technical knowledge and understanding of programming languages to effectively communicate with clients and developers
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have throughout the project life cycle

Requirements:
• Technical knowledge and understanding of programming languages
• Excellent communication skills, only written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresher or Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
