• Handling calls /queries pertaining to product and service for inbound/ outbound calls effectively
• To assist customer complaints and escalation mails
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Required Candidate Profile
• Should be fluent in English Hindi Language
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Experience in customer support would be an added advantage
• Candidates pursuing their graduation in regular are not eligible
• Should be flexible to work at office
