Job Description
We are for a young and dynamic Receptionist Cum Telecaller for our Delhi office. The basic job profile is to handle incoming queries at our office and answering incoming calls/queries. She should be well-versed in maintaining data of the queries and creating follow-ups.
Handling reception
Handling incoming walk-ins
handling incoming calls
Doing follow-ups of email queries
Converting cold leads to warm leads
Maintaining data base of the queries / follow ups
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Day shift
