Position- Chat Support Executive Work-from-Office Candidates should have their own Laptop Candidates should be ready to work in any shift (24/7) The candidates would have to undergo a training to learn & understand the process and their meaning, on the job. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively & patiently engage customers and address their queries and problems with the best solutions over the chat. REQUIREMENTS:  Should have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.  Strategic and creative mindset.  Should be able to facilitate resolutions for customer queries promptly.  Plan, manage & design the content.  Focus on customer experience.  Have the ability to drive the conversation and find innovative solutions back with product / knowledge.  Meticulous attention to detail.
