Mechanical Trainer

1. Clearly define Outcomes and Assessment methodologies for the class 2. Translate course curriculum into delivery plan & lesson plans 3. Translate teaching methodologies & learning experiences to the online medium with optimum and effective use of tools and technology 4. Encourage attendance and motivate the learners to complete the program 5. Conduct Online and Offline classes, tracking & reporting attendance 6. Online and On-Site counselling of candidates for training 7. Motivate & guide the learners and ensure learning through LMS platform 8. Development of course content [Document, PPT, Video] as per Lernern standard +. Assessment design and creation of Question bank 10. Assessment & Evaluation of the learners as per learning design 11. Content upload and management in Learning Management System 12. Visit client locations for On-Site Classes, and conduct examination 13. Submit reports on field visits & on-site training to Learning Administrator 14. Ensure learner engagement through various activities, events and social media
